چکیده

The development of a durable and green icephobic coating plays vital role in the aviation industry due to adverse impact ice formation on aircraft performance. lack study into how temperature surface roughness icephobicity is main problem with present coatings. This aims qualitatively evaluate performance polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) solid lubricant film, as an environmentally friendly solution, custom-built push-off test device different icing conditions utilizing wind tunnel. ice-adhesion reduction factor (ARF) film has been assessed comparison bare aluminium substrate (Al 6061). energy was investigated by comparing water contact angle (WCA), hysteresis (CAH), pull-off force PTFE Al atomic microscope (AFM). results shear adhesion showed significant at various temperatures compared substrate. difference between alloy attributed differences detachment mechanism. For PTFE-based lubricant, interfacial mechanism based blisters towards centre ice. Consequently, upon continued application force, most injected would be distributed throughout blisters, ultimately causing detachment. In aluminium, minimal ?6 °C 40 N (ARF 3.41). ranges ?2 ?10 °C, for measured roughly 150 N.

the effect of taftan pozzolan on the compressive strength of concrete in the environmental conditions of oman sea (chabahar port)

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...

Cryogenic friction behavior of PTFE based solid lubricant composites

Solid lubricants used in aerospace applications must provide low friction and a predictable operation life over an extreme range of temperatures, environments and contact conditions. PTFE and PTFE composites have shown favorable tribological performance as solid lubricants. This study evaluates the effect of temperature on the friction coefficient of neat PTFE, a PTFE/ PEEK composite and an exp...

the effect of functional/notional approach on the proficiency level of efl learners and its evaluation through functional test

in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...
